We have Finecut to use with our Mimaki on Corel. It's been working fine. This morning Corel froze up and when I restarted the program it would not cut or print from Corel. Mimaki or Corel tech support cannot fix my problem. When I first open Corel the Finecut tool bar is all lit up but if I press any button on that tool bar all the icons go to light gray and I'm not able to press anything. Anyone have any problems with this and how can I fix it? Thanks!

When apps don't close properly, their files will get corrupted and the only way to fix it is to actually Repair the installation for that particular application. You can do this in two ways:
Go to Control Panel and use Uninstall a program then click on Corel or FineCut and initialize the uninstall procedure, but choose Repair instead.
Use the setup package for your application and start installing it, then overwrite the previous installation. You can do this with both applications.
